HONORABLE MENTION:
‘Extreme Pizza Delivery Girl’ Tessa Martin (DWF): Defeated DWF Women’s Champion Lora KirK in a non-title match. Followed that up with a count-out win at Bashed in the USA over Mike Polowy. For good measure, Martin was part of a winning six man tag team on PCW’s Extreme Political TV.
Michael Thunder (Evolution): won Battle Royal for the #1 contender’s spot for the Evolution title.
Trent Stone (Siberian Wrestling): picked up a win over Voyle Champion Neil Climer in a non-title match
Steve Keirn and Kitt Kennedy (UWF): defeated the Coven for the UWF Tag Team title
‘Primetime’ Matthew Kennedy (WRF): gets a win over WRF’s TV Champion Terrell Taylor in a non-title match
TOP FIVE:
5. Tony Gamble (PRIME): defeated Jay Phoenix and PRIME Champion Jason Snow to win the PRIME Title
4. Callie Urban (FWO): defeated Jade Argent to become the FWO Cruiserweight champion
3. Future (Genesis): defeated Genesis TV Champion Jayson Burr for the title at Ye Olde Faire PPV
2. USXF (DWF): Lady America and Shaun XF first survived a ‘Loser Leaves DWF’ match and then won the DWF Tag Team belts from Mike Polowy and Jak Nemesis at DWF’s Bashed in the USA
1. Travis Williams (DWF): Williams hit the jackpot this weekend. He defeated the #1 ranked wrestler in the world (Level-One), to win the DWF’s top title (DWF World Championship), at DWF’s Bashed in the USA pay per view.

Surely we could have seen Tony Gamble hit the top here… beating Snow and Phoenix is NOTHING to be sneezed at.

True. Snow was top 10 at the time and Phoenix is a worthy foe.
The criteria for E-Wrestler of the Week usually goes as follows: title wins at pay per view/big shows will normally take precedent over title wins on regular shows
Williams won DWF’s top title at a PPV and defeated the #1 ranked wrestler in the world in Level-One. He really was a no brainer this week.
USXF’s backstory merits the #2 spot this week seeing as they started as a NPC and now are being handled in DWF. Polowy/Nemesis was ranked #5 as well in the tag team division.
Future won his title at the Genesis’s Ye Olde Faire PPV.

Gamble’s win is absolutely HUGE.

Or just BIG rather than HUGE, since it was for the 5-Star title rather than their Universal (world) title.
