SCW Going Overseas To Salute Troops
Posted November 7th by AC Thunder in E-Wrestling News, Sin City Wrestling

Once again, Sin City Wrestling is extremely proud to bring you a very special Tribute To The Troops edition of Wildcard, which will be broadcast live from the Kandahar Air Base in Kandahar, Afghanistan on November 11, which just so happens to be Remembrance Day or Veteran’s Day, depending on where you live in the world. This will mark the first trip overseas for SCW since February 2008, when the promotion went over to Iraq while it was still known as Elite World Wrestling.
Fans of SCW will get to see a little bit of everything in this very special show. In addition to the stars giving their testimonials regarding the military, we’ll see veteran stalwarts such as the current Tag Team Champions Doug E. Freshand The Wolf, Stu Who, Extream, and Television Champion J.T. Cash competing alongside the new wave of talent in SCW such as Bryan Payne, JP McManus, Women’s Champion Danielle Myres, newly-crowned Vegas Cup winner Ashleigh McDaniel, and United ChampionValerie Belmont. In addition, this show will also mark the debut of two recent high-profile signings: Valerie’s husbandJeremiah Belmont, along with the mysterious Agent Decipher Light.
With SCW’s large involvement in the upcoming Experts event Rival Factions, will we see more build-up leading into the supershow on November 29th? On the last episode of Wildcard, it was HIW’s Morgan Jones who invaded the Luxor to call out his Rival Factions opponent, current Global Champion Ryan Ruckus. With so many SCW competitors on the card for Rival Factions, one can only help but wonder who’s going to appear next.
The show’s main event will feature the aforementioned Ryan Ruckus going up against AC Thunder, whose comeback trail started off strong after picking up the tag team victory with Bryan Payne over Sin’s Elite on the last Wildcard. In addition, The True Expert Georgie Nickles will serve as the Special Guest Referee for the match.
However, regardless of who wins and who loses in the ring, the real winners of the evening will be the troops themselves, because they’re the reason we can live in relative freedom. This show is SCW’s way of expressing its deepest gratitude to the military personnel currently serving around the world, along with those who have fallen in the line of duty.
