cWo Will of the Warrior PPV Report

cWo Champion Mike Logan headlined Championship Wrestling Organization’s Will of a Warrior Pay Per View show this past Sunday, eh,  and defended his title against former champion Johnny Serious and Muru.  Could Logan, a proud Canadian I may add, who went through a ruggedly tough title defense at the last cWo PPV show, hold off Serious and Muru?  Let’s find out…

[The lights dim and turn a cherry shade of red as “The Stroke” by Billy Squire begins to play over the P.A. System as we see “The Canadian Gigolo” Mike Logan emerge from behind the curtain wearing a long sleeveless tie-dyed robe with matching tie-dyed short wrestling trunks plus sunglasses and Sabrina Swallows to the left of him. He then looks out at the fans with a smirk before hoisting his championship belt in the air as the immediately begin to boo loudly upon his arrival and sparks go off above Logan and Sabrina. Mike then smirks at the fans and begins to strut in a very arrogant and cocky manner toward the ring with Sabrina by his side. He then spots a camera and flexes a bicep for the camera before kissing it and resuming his walk to the ring. He stops to occasionally look out at the crowd with a brash smile on his face, taunting fans as they curse him on his way to the ring. He finally makes his way up the ring steps and walks along the apron before pausing and lifting up the belt, pointing at it while mocking the fans again to more boos before he flicks the sunglasses into the crowd. He then struts to the middle of the ring and begins to do a pose, flexing his muscles as sparks fly out from the turnbuckles. Still smirking at the fans and their disdain, Mike removes his robe and puts the belt back around his waist as Sabrina gets on her knees and plants a sloppy kiss on the belt, wrapped around the waist of Mike Logan. He then removes the belt runs against the ropes briefly before he heads to the corner and leans up against the turnbuckle]

That’s Logan’s manager Sabrina Swallows, who has one of the best names in pro wrestling, eh?

[Muru and Serious both connect with kicks to the midsection. The follow it up by whipping him into the ropes and then hitting a double clotheslines]

Early on, Muru and Serious did some SERIOUS, pretty good eh?,  doubleteaming of the cWo champ.

[Muru and Serious lock up and Muru takes advantage by driving his knee into the gut of Serious. He follows this up with a running bulldog]

And then with Logan out of the ring, Muru and Serious went at each other.  You know, eh, those temporary alliances never work out for long anyways.  It’s everyman for himself.”

[Logan turns around and is greeted once again with a kick to the midsection. Serious follows that up with a DDT that plants Logan into the mat. He goes for a cover of his own]

And then Logan ally Mr. Rich comes out and interjects himself into the match.  This prompts the referee to take action.

[Mr. Rich without the chair is choking Serious on the ropes while the referee is talking to Mic Benson. Benson nods his head before bringing the microphone to his mouth]

Benson: I have just been informed that Mr. Rich is banned from ringside. Also if he does not leave Mike Logan will be tossed out of the match.

Mr. Rich sent to the back.  The match continues on, eh, and it looks like Muru, the former US Champion, has Johnny Serious beat.

[Muru leaps from the top rope and delivers a picture perfect Muru Splash to the body of Johnny Serious]

So it’s Mike Logan who in the end pulls out the victory over Serious and Muru.  Other matches on the card included:
