Re: Defiance TV Season 01
Along with reminding the World Wrestling Alliance just exactly who’s in charge around here, the first season of Defiance TV will be dedicated to crowning our first champion. Speculation about the title belt has been rampant, but the decision was made this morning that I would reactivate the International Wrestling Crown Heavyweight Title that I have had in my possession since Wrestle Coast: Cascadia went out of business with myself as the champion.
The title will be on the line in the first annual D1 Champions Carnival, a ten man round robin league where the competitors will be separated into two blocks of five. At the conclusion of the round robin portion, the top two points earner from each block will go into a sudden death playoff, and the winner will be awarded the IWC Heavyweight Title. Two points will be awarded for a win, one point for a time-limit draw, and zero points for a loss.

These men will go through hell week in and week out to prove themselves both to me, and to the rest of the Alliance that has shunned or forgotten them. I expect that the winner of this Invitational tournament will be one of my strongest generals in the coming War.
