High Octane Wrestling Turmoil: The Return of Lee Best

The self-proclaimed God of HOW, Lee Best, returned to the Kallisten Arena for the first time since all criminal charges were dropped against him.

(courtesy of High Octane Wrestling)
Lee Best: Ladies and Gentlemen I want to first address the untimely death of my brother Mike Best who died after sucking the AIDS out of John Pariah’s cock……..I do not want to get into any more specifics bout his death…I mean who the hell wants to hear about how the amount of sperm in his windpipe literally caused him to suffocate as Pariah imagined he was playing paddie cake again with his dad….I mean no one wants to hear that right?

Lee looks to his left to Simon who shakes his head no while Louie is seen wiping a tear. Best then turns to the right and Max is seen yelling at his janitor to get the insecticide off of his shoes.

Lee can only shake his head as he continues…

Lee Best: But enough about my family…I gave up my family for Lent this year…soooo moving on. Folks tonight I am back fully and after months of watching the very company I built turn into a fucking bad afterschool special it is time to bring back a little edge to the programming….a little….crazy dare I say?

In other results from last night’s show:

‘The Violence’ Vince Jones def. ‘Unstable’ Elix Michaels

Kirsta Lewis and Carmen Jennings had a brief catfight and will meet at March 2 Glory

The Axis of Power def. Extreme Kaos

Post match:

The Uprising made their first appearance as Aceldama, The Great Dane, and Static came out and humiliated Extreme Kaos after the match.

The three members avert their attention to them as they dive out of the ring and go charging at them, but the two Uprising members have other plans as from behind them The Great Dane pulls out his trusty hammer and swipes at Mason, sending him packing to the floor as Static pulls from behind him Shirley and prods Porno in the midsection before flattening Kash across the head. All of a sudden there is a sickening laugh heard throughout the arena as Aceldama walks to the ramp, sporting a rather fetching tuxedo and holding an old camera, tripod and all and in his other hand he holds a microphone.

Aceldama- Tut tut tut, Americans, they share the same traits as your common dog. At first disobedient, unrelenting, but with a little training, all can be fixed….

Aceldama pulls out three dog collars and waves them about whilst walking towards the three men. William and Kenji are now outside the ring and walking towards the commotion as Aceldama dangles the chains of the dog collars over the lifeless bodies of Extreme Kaos.

Aceldama- First lesson that must be taught, knowing who the dominant one is. Put these on them!

Aceldama hands Static and The Great Dane the dog collars as they put them around the necks of the three men as Aceldama stands and watches. The Axis of Power stand confused as to what is happening.

Aceldama- Good, now, the second lesson, the lesson of humiliation. You lost your match, but still you think you can come out with the moral victory? This is not some fairy tale story, this is reality, you lose, you lose. Parade these dogs back to the ring, they are not done yet.

This led to a Dawn McGill promo a few moments later.

Dawn turns to make sure everyone is in the ring.

“…the fact that you recruited Static to your gang shows that all you’re doing is using America as a scapegoat, a pretext to justify the violence that you apparently intend to unleash in HOW. In my mind, that makes you and your so-called group nothing more than a bunch of common thugs.

“You completely misread the fear you supposedly sense.  The fear doesn’t come from us.  The fear manifests itself in the blustery, threatening words that come out of your piehole.  I don’t see a heroic uprising; I see a common gang of pathetic, weak-minded bullies hiding behind their ’strength,’ parroting lies and propaganda.

“As Maggie Thatcher once said ‘this lady is not for turning.’”

Dawn takes a few steps back to join the rest of the group in the ring.

“Ladies and gentlemen, I submit to you that THIS is America.  Ken Worth aka the American Trucker…”

The American Trucker from PCW’s American Heartland Coalition steps forward.  The others follow once Dawn has introduced them.

“…Dave the Mechanic…‘The Extreme Pizza Delivery Girl’ Tessa Martin…‘The Princess of Political Incorrectness’ Andrea Doria…Tequila Sheila…‘No Frills’ Chris Escondido…‘American Citizen’ Kevin Scott…Hallie Burton…O’Beck Bahama…this is the face of America.  Man.  Woman.  Afro-American.  Anglo-American.  This is the heart of America and the best of America.  Not the pack of lies and outright distortions that you’re trying to foist off as the truth.  This country may not be perfect, we all will admit that.  But I will not stand idly by and allow you to use the very platform guaranteed by our Constitution of freedom of speech to trash the very values that allow Aceldama and others of his ilk the right to express his opinions without government intervention go unchallenged.  David Duke has the right to espouse racist views.  He doesn’t have the right to propagate violence.  And really, for this talk about America, and all these bad things America has supposedly done, that is what the Uprising is all about.  Propagating violence.  Trying to use fear and deceit as a weapon. This Uprising is nothing more than a bunch of common, schoolyard bullies and thugs trying to mask their emotional insecurities to justify violence for violence sake.  Not even the best Goebbelistic propaganda can hide that fact.”

High Octane Wrestling: Post-Show Rumors
(courtesy of HOW Wrestling’s News Page)

On the heels of one of the most shocking nights in Turmoil history, the staff here at HOWrestling.com has gotten off to an early start this morning as the aftermath from the show unfolds and new rumors begin to develop.

Perhaps the biggest news from last night’s show came via the returning “God of HOW”, Lee Best, who not only injected some life into the entire High Octane locker room, but made an important announcement as it pertains to an upcoming HOW pay-per-view.  And no, it wasn’t about March 2 Glory… it was in regard to War Games as Lee announced the first of TWO War Games captains to be none other than Aceldama.

While we’re in the midst of confirming all the details, we do know that Aceldama’s bid in the roster’s silent auction was enough to give him a serious advantage in reclaiming the HOW World championship.  We also know that the coveted gold is the furthest thing from his mind right now as he continues to lead his Der Austand faction with his “Uprising” against America.  At this time, we can only speculate as to who will be named the other captain, but we can also give you some logical names that have surfaced in various wrestling rags across the web in the form of Graystone, Kostoff, Triple P, and Christopher America – who might be considered a surprise mention given his unfortunate standing as Ethan Cavanaugh’s slave.

Of course, there’s been other talk as well, but none more so than over the Best Invitational and the Main Event match at March 2 Glory.

Last night on Turmoil, we all got one step closer to determining Mario Maruako’s challenger for the World title as 3 prevailing finalists emerged from the tournament in ICON champion Max Kael, Ethan Cavanaugh, and Scottywood.  As the overwhelming favorite from the outset of the tournament, the question remains if Kael can continue his dominant run.  The same holds true for Scottywood as well, who has been just as hot as of late and will also be looking to shed his infamous “Pottywood” stigma in his bid to become the next World champion.

Those questions will be answered next week in the highly anticipated Triple Threat Finale, but not to be forgotten from that match, there’s a rumor going around here at HOWrestling.com revolving around Ethan Cavanaugh.   Word has it that Ethan has something up his sleeve that will outsmart BOTH the Emperor of HOW and “Hardcore Artist”.  With this in mind on top of a convincing victory over Griffin Faze, is it really possible that Ethan could be the new favorite?

And speaking of Griffin Faze, the rookie was visibly distraught last night after seeing his Invitational hopes come to an end.  But apparently, that was the least of his worries because as we speak, HOWrestling.com is receiving full exclusive details of a phone call he received right before his match, which may in fact, have affected the outcome.

Stay tuned for that story and more later today as we continue to update you on the latest relevations heading into March 2 Glory.

WfWA: Chance Worthington Statement on the Tag Team Belts

The situation is this: Defiance Wrestling’s Team Danger (Stephen Greer/Johnny Lightning) lost the WfWA World Tag Team Title to The Hardcore Icons (Valora Salinas/Umbrage) last week on Graveyard Shift 110.  After the match, Team Danger attacked the Hardcore Icons and left with the belts.

Defiance Owner Eric Dane then released a press statement demanding that Team Danger be reinstated as the WfWA Tag Team Champions.  Here’s what the majority stockholder in the WfWA had to say about that:

(Courtesy of the WfWA)
Chance Wolfington: [clears his throat]
Now. I’ve been reviewing the tapes of Graveyard Shift 110, I’ve also spoken with the referee involved in the match and the WMW General Manager Sault St. Marie who were the sanctioned officials on hand for the evening.

In the interim, I’ve received a written statement from Eric Dane, one that made me want to puke might I add, and I’ve seen tape of Brad Johnson’s press conference. Now, while I respect the position that this debacle has put him and the WMW in, I must go out of my way to make it perfectly clear that myself and the World Wrestling Alliance in general doesn’t respond very well to demands.

However.

Upon reviewing the tape several dozen times, along with having a score of lawyers sifting through more legal paperwork than some people even realize exists, I must stand beside Wrestling Mid-West, Brad Johnson, and Sault St. Marie and declare that the new and rightful World Tag Team Champions are the team of Umbrage and Valora Salinas.

[There is a hushed roar as reporters from every outlet scramble to write notes or make hushed phone calls to their editors.]

Chance Wolfington:
As such, it is my ruling that Eric Dane along with his cohorts Steve Greer and Johnny Lightning be present at tonight’s Graveyard Shift, at my expense, for the sole purpose of handing the physical titles over to the rightful champions.

I myself will be in attendance also to make sure that no shenanigans or foul play come to pass from the Defiance contingent.

Let me also be perfectly clear on something. This is not a request. I expect to see Dane, Greer, and Lightning in Ohio tonight, or there will be consequences along with legal actions taken.

Wolfington then addressed Dane directly:

Eric, we’ve known each other for some ten, twelve years. We’ve traveled many of the same paths and we’ve shared common goals. Sure, you can say that your career inside the ring far outshined my own, but ever since you’ve retired and found yourself in the realm of promoting you’ve stepped into my territory.

From day one you’ve been biting, scratching, and clawing at me. You’ve stood in my way and in the Alliance’s way of progress ever since the day that you hoodwinked the Alliance into giving you a territory to even promote.

To be honest, I expect this from you. You never were one to follow anyone else’s rules. However, I’ve got to say that I am by God sick and tired of dealing with you, your Defiance, and your little “Civil War” that you’ve drug this Alliance into.

[A sneer comes to his face.]

Chance Wolfington:
It stops now.

And if it doesn’t, I’ll bounce you and your little promotion out of this Alliance so fast that your heads will spin for a week. Don’t you dare think for one second that because I stripped Cobra of a title that he didn’t win in a match that wasn’t sanctioned that you can use that to leverage me into overlooking the fact that your boys were pinned, cleanly, in the center of the ring.

Now please, for my sake, for your sake, for the sake of the Alliance that we both hold very close to our hearts, stop this nonsense. Let’s work together and push forward into the future, rather than squabble and fight amongst ourselves and live in the past.

Wrestling Midwest: Graveyard Shift 111

Would Team Danger return the belts last night?  We’ll find out later on.

First, Valora Salinas, out of the hospital after GS 110, makes an announcement concerning next week’s Ides of March Supershow:

(courtesy of Wrestling Midwest)
Valora – …Sault St. Marie decided to make me the special guest Referee for this match at Ides of March and further more let me pick the match, and thus started my quandary.

Do I make it exceedingly hardcore and give Pyre an advantage?  Do I move in another direction and give Hecate an advantage?  Do I say [bleep] them both and make a match that neither of them can survive?  Decisions, decisions.  I mean I could always follow the example of Fearless Leader here and book ’standard match’  I swear those are the only two words the idiot knows.  ‘Standard match.’  Standard match.’  Shank could book better…

[Valora pauses here a moment, letting the anticipation build and takes a deep breath.]

Valora – So, I sat and thought… not like I had much else to do in that damn hospital bed.  If I’m going to be dragged out there to be the ref and the grand prize for the winner, I might as well get some [bleep]ing entertainment from it.  Therefore I have decided that the Heartlands title match at Ides of March between Adam Pyre and Hecate will be….

[Valora leans forward, smirking wickedly.]

Valora – A TAIPEI DEATH MATCH!!!!

That’s right, you two want to beat each other to death?  Here’s your chance!  Oh, and Hecate, you claim to be so smart, well, you should have known better to let Pyre rope you into this… not only is your Heartlands title at stake here, but only a few days after this match, I believe you and Jade are due in Vegas for Tag Wars!  Life’s a bitch sometimes, isn’t it?  Pyre, you’re going have to remove your lips from AWS Man’s ass and actually train for this one… this is the price you two pay for treating me like property...

Results:

Eric Dillinger and Jordan Keyser def. AWS Man and Adam Pyre

Matrix vs. Analog Kid- no contest due to injury

The Celestrial Avators (Hecate/Jade) def. The Misfit Ninjas

The Revolution (Ryven/Kronin) def. Gras-Dawg and Mo’ Bad

Eric Dillinger def. Wone to become the new #1 contender for the Ace Superior Title

The end sees Sault St. Marie and Brad Johnson out in the parking lot waiting for Team Danger to return the belts- they never show up.  Tune in…
