Jackie Daniels Returns to MVW

Results from Missouri Valley Wrestling’s house show Saturday night at Oakley-Lindsay Center in Quincy, Illinois.

The arena was 3/4 full. Crowd was into pretty much the whole show.

Show opened with The Beach Girlz(Michelle and Brenda) vs The Pinups(Sabrina James and Alicia Rowe).  Michelle and Brenda took the win when Brenda powerbombed Rowe.

After the match the MVW Originals (Lingerie Girls Wendi and Brandi Bayless, ‘Rock and Roll Chick Shanna Barrett, Molly Hatchett, and VIP) came out to a chorus of ‘JAIL-BIRDS…JAIL-BIRDS…’  They attacked both The Beach Girlz and The Pinups and then cut a promo saying that tonight would be a small preview of the retribution the Originals would serve out to MVW Champion Valora Salinas.  Hatchett promised next week on MVWA 38 in Evansville that they would give Valora a beating so bad she’ll be begging to crawl back to Wrestling Midwest on her hands and knees.

Second match was Reika Kisaurgi vs. Caroline Kelly.  Reika won in just a few minutes.

Carrieanne McDermott vs. ‘Trailer Park Skater Girl’ Tanya Hardy.  Good match with McDermott the winner by pin.

After McDermott won ‘The Manchester Masterpiece’ Brooke Evans flew into the ring and clocked the Scot with a steel folding chair.  Evans cut a promo saying that she is the ‘best pure wrestler’ in Missouri Valley Wrestling.   Evans challenged anyone in the locker room to come out and prove her wrong. That lead to:

Brooke Evans vs. Regina McGill.  Good match with Evans getting the win over the young McGill by pin.  After the match, Evans tried to take out McGill with a steel chair but McDermott pulled her out of the way.  McDermott gave Evans a Glasgow Handshake and then McGill hit a 450 splash off the top rope on ‘The Manchester Masterpiece.’

‘Extreme Pizza Delivery Girl’ Tessa Martin vs. Amy Mason next.  Tessa won by DQ when the Sisterhood of Excellence interfered in the match.  After a brief beatdown, Regina McGill, The Korver Sisters, and Valora ran down and chased the Sisterhood off.

Television Title Match followed.  Sarah Mae Smith vs. VIP Brin.  Smith retained the title when she pinned Brin.  Again, the MVW Originals came out to attack.  Harley Davisson raced into Sarah Mae’s aid as well as the Korvers.  Smith cut a promo telling the MVW Originals that she’ll meet each and every one of them one on one in the ring and beat them if they dare.

MVW Tag Team Champions The Korver Sisters (Kelly and Korey) vs. O’Neders (Rita and Anita). The Korvers won Korey pinning Anita.

6 woman main event was next as MVW Champion Valora Salinas and two thirds of the Triple Threat (Katie Collins and Kalee Jones- The Eskimo Queen) faced Sisterhood of Excellence Members Christa Carmondy and Ashley and Vanessa from the Mean Girl Clique.   Good match but Valora took a long beating before making the hot tag to Collins.  Katie was cleaning house when the rest of the members of the Sisterhood of Excellence jumped into the ring & caused the DQ finish.  With all members of the Sisterhood of Excellence beating up on Valora’s team Charlie Robison’s ‘Down Again’ began to play.   Daniels, just cleared to wrestle the day before after a concussion caused by Valora, ran off The Sisterhood.    Daniels and Valora had a brief stare down afterwards (it was Valora’s kick that put Daniels on the shelf) Jackie gave Valora the mic to give a shout out to the Quincy crowd.  Crowd went NUTS for Valora!  She said thank you & posed for a bit then left the ring, and that closed the show.
