Chastity McGavin- Phoenix Wrestling Revolution- manages Romulus/Dominator
Dollface Amy- Anarchy- manages Louis Anthony
Trinity- Millenium Wrestling Alliance- manages L.J. Black

——————–

Heel of the Month: Lee Best- High Octane Wrestling
-Beat the rap and a federal indictment. Had his brother brutally murdered. Bottomlined Bishop Steele. All in a month’s work for Lee Best.

Other Notables:
-Trey Vincent, All-Star Championship Wrestling- The bounty on Alias continues to rise. But Vincent must deal with Keith Scott Zimmerman.

-James Varga, Sin City Championship Wrestling- still slowly cobbling together a nefarious plan to dominate SCCW.

-Dynasty(Aaron Blaize/Lauri Verne/Justin Rose)- Simcoe County- Still making life miserable for Scarlett Willis and Myke Adams

-Eric Dane- Defiance- holding the WfWA title belts hostage and creating enough doubt that a tag team title tournament may be in the offing.

Face of the Month: Jesse Nunez- Action Packed Wrestling
-In the Nunez vs. Hades Scaffold match at APW’s Rasslemania- Nunez wins when he tosses Hades 35 feet off a scaffold. Nunez’s wife also gets a measure of payback on Hades by slapping him in the face while he lays on a stretcher.

Other Notables:
-Scarlett Willis, Simcoe County- Simcoe County’s champion still trying to fight off Lauri Verne, Justin Rose, and Aaron Blaize as events come to a head next week.

-Alias, All-Star Championship Wrestling -Alias has Trey Vincent nipping at his heels and an ever increasing bounty on his head- also courtesy of TV. Alias just keeps on chugging along and now holds the #1 spot on the WWR Single’s rankings.

———————

Character of the Month: Joe the Plumber, New Frontier Wrestling
-read NFW’s Crash 50 and it will explain all.

———————

Angle of the Month: All-Star Championship Wrestling: Trey Vincent’s bounty on Alias. The bounty is up to $600,000 and Alias still stands supreme as the ACW Champion.

Other Notables:
-High Octane Wrestling: Mario Maurako-Bobbinette Carey angle. Carey has amnesia and Maurako, innovator of the ‘whack-a-meter’ somehow convinced her to marry him.

-World fantasy Wrestling Alliance: Tag Team Title Angle. Valora Salinas and Umbrage defeated Team Danger for the titles. Team Danger attacked Salinas and Umbrage and took the belts. Now confusion reigns in the WfWA as the tag team title holder is now in doubt.

-Simcoe County: Simcoe County Champion Scarlett Willis versus the world…or in this case, Lauri Verne, Aaron Blaize, and Justin Rose.

———————

Show of the Month: New Frontier Wrestling’s Crash 50
-it took forever it seemed for the show to come out. But when it did, it was well worth the wait. Joe The Plumber’s title defense. The Bunkhouse Brawl. and more.

Other Notables:
PRIME Culture Shock 2010
DCWL Cornerstone Revolution 5
A1E Bloody New Year
-Weatherlight defeats then WWR #1 ranked wrestler Level-One and ends his long reign as APW Heavyweight champion.

-Joe the Plumber vs. Steve Knox vs. Hornet vs. ‘Triple X’ Sean Stevens vs. Felix Red: NFW Crash 50: 110 minutes of complete mayhem and somehow JTP keeps his unbeaten streak going when all is said and done- much to Eddie Mayfield’s dismay.

Bobbinette Carey Announces Retirement
In recent months there has been much inner debate about retiring as a wrestling rper. I’ve been doing this for 14 years and alot of people don’t make it that long.

I have loved all those years, but I had told myself before RATR 2 that I was done no matter the outcome of the Kirsta vs Bobbinette match. I’m happy I was finally able to put the rumors to rest of me being in fear of Kirsta, I beat her and that was the best feeling along with the best way to go out as a wrestler, on top.

That is how everyone hopes to go out but not everyone is as fortunate. I myself was one of the few that have been lucky enough to be that fortunate. People don’t understand why I would retire from something I love. It’s because my passion isn’t in rping as a wrestler as much as it used to be. That drive that desire isn’t there like it used to be, it’s felt more like a chore then something that drives me as it used to. It has nothing to do with the wrestlers here they actually have been amazing and I have concidered some of them great friends that I’ll have forever.

I ended my wrestling career on a high note, not one for a title yet one for one that was more of proving something to myself. I am sorry if anyone feels I am letting them down but sometimes you have to do things for yourself in life and that is why I’m retiring from wrestling.

The door for Carey to return to HOW will always be open and she is a true credit to t

Ricochet Pro Wrestling has under gone some massive changes through-out the years, but none more than what we saw on the last Crossfire, when William Scott Rhoden purchased Ricochet lock, stock, and barrel and announced that Ricochet would become a staple of Wednesday night television on his new World Sports Network which debuts in November.

However, what happens until November will be very interesting. Already announced for the first Crossfire on its new network is Johnny Royal defending his World Title against Antonino Romano, but first, Antonino Romano must find a tag team partner to face off against Shawn Kelley and Chris Deppe, the Ruff Ryders. Romano has made so many enemies through-out his years in Ricochet, who will he be able to find to face off against the Ruff Ryders?

Also on Crossfire, we saw David Dunn invite Sean Cain to a special live edition of The Monthly Cycle that will take place in the center of the Crossfire ring. What will happen when these two volatile enemies stand in the same ring as each other once again.

Ricochet will also debut another new RPW superstar Tommy “The Fury” Crimson taking on local superstar “The Man’s Man” Adam Tolliver.

SLAM CARD NEXT WEEK:

10/12/09 – Slam
Live From The Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Wisconsin

Anastasia Petrova vs Slickie T

Seth made several blockbuster announcements at Slam. One was that Hellimination was returning, with a four man team taking on the ToT. And at the end of Slam, he shocked the world and joined the Team of Torture, aligning himself with Jay Price.. and Torture himself. He then announced that Slickie T would be the next man to join the ToT. Tonight, Slickie is up against one of the members of the team going up against the ToT at Helloween, Anastasia Petrova. Petrova defeated Craig Jacobs last week, can she pull the upset and beat Slickie T? Will Slickie T show his allegiance to the ToT?

Tag Team Titles Match
The Big Time Jerks vs The Superfans

The Superfans defeated the team of Johnny Reb and Doc Henry. The Big Time Jerks also won at Slam, defeating Team of Torture members Ryan Daniels and Mikami. Tonight, the Big Time Jerks finally get their Tag Titles shot. Seth has been heard telling people that he’d be placing the Fans up against higher profile opponents, where will that be leading? And can the Jerks upset the Tag Champions?

Logan/Hector Rodriguez vs Mikami/Ryan Daniels

Logan returns to action, teaming up once again with Hector Rodriguez to take on Mikami and Ryan Daniels. Mikami and Daniels were unsuccesful in their bid to defeat the Big Time Jerks last week, will they be able to take out two of their Helloween opponents early? Or will the war escalate by Logan and Rodriguez defeating them?

Tyler Derden/Tyler Straven vs Truth Addiction

Truth Addiction, Tank Reaper and Chris Avery, return to tag team action to take on Tyler Derden and Tyler Straven. Derden and Straven have been linked together since arriving in WCF, and are up against one another at Helloween. They’re being forced to tag together tonight, will they be able to work together well enough to take down Truth Addiction?

Television Title Match
D-Day vs Jay Price
No Disqualification

Jay Price issued an open challenge to the entire WCF roster for a TV Title match, and D-Day has stepped up to the challenge. Not only that, but it is a no DQ match. Will D-Day be able to finally win gold in WCF or will ToT member Jay Price continue to dominate?

United States Title Contendership Match
Doc Henry vs Anthrax

Two men on opposite sides of the Hellimination match will compete to earn a United States Title shot. If Anthrax wins, he’d face Logan, who is on the opposite side of that match… but if Doc Henry wins, he’d be facing a man on his very own team. How will that affect the dynamics of this match, and the Hellimination match? Who will get the shot?

Hardcore Title Contendership Match
Greenfever vs Death vs Prince Jimmy Dean

Ace Slaughter won the Hardcore Title last week, but needs an opponent for Helloween. Three men will compete for the Helloween match: Prince Jimmy Dean, Death, and the former Hardcore Champion himself, Greenfever. Greenfever hadn’t been himself recently but seems to be back to his old self, will he win a rematch at his Title?
