Date: June 14th
Location: Quicken Loans Arena, Cleveland, OH
Hosts: Mitch Dodge and Apollo

Dodge and Apollo welcomes us to another GWO Punishment.

Ian Preston does a quickie spot with Padraig Lawler who discusses his tag team match tonight with partner Alex Cameron against Nick Fury and Ryan Maxem.

GWO CEO Jimmy Lemke comes out to a healthy chorus of boos. Lemke announces that GWO will hold it’s first pay per view in eight years- Theater of Destruction, June 28th, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Padraig Lawler and Alex Cameron def. Ryan Maxem and Nick Fury
Cameron and Lawler come out guns a blazing as they take turns beating up Nick Fury early on. Ryan Maxem eventually gets the hot tag from Fury and cleans house. The match turns when Fury gets backdropped completely out of the ring by Cameron and Lawler clips Maxem’s leg. Cameron gets the pin via cradle piledriver on Maxem.

Post match, Dylan Wolfe makes his return and runs-in to take out both Lawler and Cameron. Both eat chairshots but Wolfe slams Lawler 15 feet down through two folding tables.

Maxem gets on the mic and dismisses the loss to Lawler and Cameron. He cashes in a stipulation from last week and chooses an opponent to wrestle for the GWO Extreme Championship. He chooses Fury and then knocks him out with Technical Difficulties.

Wolfe and Lawler jaw back and forth. They will meet at Theater of Destruction in two weeks.

Tommy Glass and The Eagle def. ‘Totally Bored’ Hyan Borg and Shawn FX by DQ
Glass and FX have at it before The Eagle gets tagged in. The Eagle nails a cartwheel kick on FX and then an inverted powerbomb. FX manages to tag Borg in. Borg takes control with a running powerbomb and double underhook faceslam and quickly tags Shawn FX back in. The Eagle gets whipped into the corner and tags Glass back in.

Glass and The Eagle doubleteam Shawn FX. The Eagle tags back in and goes for a submission. Shawn FX escapes and tags a reluctant Borg back in. The Eagle holds his own with the GWO Champion and Glass is tagged back in. Glass hits his finisher, Shattered Glass, on Borg and goes for the cover. Shawn FX uses brass knuckles on The Eagle and gets his team disqualified before the pin.

CEO Lemke back out. He announces Glass will meet Borg at Theater of Destruction for the GWO Global Championship. Then Head Booker Jerry Nelson comes out. He announces that due to Borg’s general disinterest (and his no-show last week) that Glass v. Borg will take place next week. Nelson then announces that a four man Extreme Elimination Match will replace the proposed Glass vs. Borg match at Theater of Destruction. Two participants are named: Shawn FX and Ryan Maxem.

The lights go off and back on. Glass and Borg are down. Kenny Kapowski- The Polish Juggernaut stands above them. Shawn FX makes a run for it and Kapowski takes off after him.
