Sorry iOS users, but the first application was rejected. No, not because it didn’t work, but because I had mentioned the other app in our website post which feed into the iOS app. I have removed said post to please the Apple Gods and resubmitted the application for review while also filing an appeal.
Hopefully they don’t take as long to get it back in front of a reviewer and hopefully that one understands what user generated content on a website is.
We have an update on the status of our iOS this morning. After four days of waiting, Apple has finally placed our iOS application into review.
Dear Ben Halkum,
The status for the following app has changed to In Review.
App Name: eWtorch
App Version Number: 1.0.2
App SKU: 001
App Apple ID:1082216978
To make changes to this app, go to My Apps on iTunes Connect.

The App Store team
In our experience with iOS submissions, once an application goes into review it could be approved and go live within a matter of hours up to two additional days. With as smooth as we have built the app, we expect the review to go quickly. We will let you know it launches.
